I have worked in the property industry for over 20 years and am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and also specialise in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings (Level 3). I am able to produce Energy Performance Certificates, Energy Performance Reports and provide guidance on how to improve your property's Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact Rating.

With changing legal requirements in the residential sector, particularly the Private Rental Sector, getting an accurate EPC and the right advice is vital and can save you significant and often unnecessary costs. 

 

I provide a professional, personable and pro-active service and aim to give my clients the best advice to achieve their goals in the most efficient and cost effective way.

I predominantly cover Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Scottish Borders, but for larger properties, portfolios and multiple properties, including farms and estates, cover the whole of Scotland and Northern England.

I am also a qualified Non-Domestic (Commercial) Energy Assessor (level 3 and 4).
